It's not like it would have been an oversight, somebody made a decision to go ahead without having a license. They should have ALL their licenses revoked, immediately, their inventory and current crops seized (and donated to the medical community, just for good measure), and the company and their top brass banned from the business, let em go with Bruce to the US.... See what the DEA will let them get away with there...
