20k Jack

This cut is a result of a large phenohunt here in Los Angeles (5 packs of seeds plus). This cut has "Serrated Leaves", has a strong Jack Herer look and smell with a skittles exhale. I am planning on flowering her at the end of the month, as a huge Jack Herer fan I have been looking for a good example of it for years. Based on what I was told, this is it, huge yielder and done in the 63 day range. We shall see, here are some of the photos:

Week 1 Of Flower

As a huge Jack Herer fan I couldn’t wait to get this girl in flower! Put her into flower 6 days ago and she showed hairs for the past 48 hours. So 3/28 is the official start of flower.
I was thinking there would be a lot of stretch but to be honest it’s been minimal, less than 25% stretch. Smell is not strong enough to note at the moment.
Currently she is only receiving some homemade brewed tea every other feeding and water + calmag + Terpenator on the other feeding.

I’ll have more photos and in a few weeks I’ll start my YouTube videos but for now pictures

For the pheno-hunters here is a picture of the leaves for identification purposes:

For fucks sake.. you've got it.

My hunt for Romulan was like this.. after years I just found it too. Great to see someone else getting lucky and reaching those long term goals with growing! Keep it up man.. spread her around once you get her stable and going grow after grow. Spread the seeds or clones, if you can. The cannabis world needs people like you on the hunt for special phenotypes, and sticking with them.

Thank you for the kind words! That Romulan must be amazing!! Brings me back to my high school days hearing that strain. Yes I agree I’m all about sharing clones and seeds, weed is meant to be enjoyed and had by all. Not to be Hogged by commercial companies only to be released at exhorbidant prices

Week 2

Really impressed by this cut, she has been praying everyday almost all day for the past 10 days. Her stretch has been very minimal, wish I would have Vegged her just a week longer. But there’s always next time. Cleaned up the bottom stuff to clean those legs up. Here are some basic photos, as the flower matures I’ll use nun DSLR to get a better view.

How’s this coming? I’m running 4 now. They’re looking good.

That’s sucks. I’m starting week 8 and just got a few spots of PM hit with hydrogen peroxide 2 days ago today it’s milk. They'll make the finish line no problem very small spots. I watch for it like a hawk on all new plants. They look great. I was hoping to do some breeding. I’ve only noticed on 1of 4. Obviously ones removed from the keeper contest.

Yeah its very similar in structure to my DNA Genetics Strawberry Banana....super close node spacing. Huge fan leaves that overlap and its gets super dense....but the smell is insane so I have to give her another shot. I will wait till winter when its super dry here. If she does it again she's going into the trash can lol

I’ve got plenty of fans. Got the dehumifier. The only thing I could do differently as far as environment is to continue to exhaust some air during lights out. I’ve only noticed PM on 1 of my 4. Since first sight I’ve been taking measures to prevent spreading and taking off any leaf that had a spec showed up on. It hasn’t moved to anything else or gotten worse. But it’s made more work. But I’ve tossed a whole crop once and never repeating that mistake. You can’t wait. If you see it you’ve got to take measures for the duration of the cycle. I’ve got 2 that are finishing green/yellow and 2 that are going purple on the fade. If it matters? The PM showed itself on the green pheno. And it also happens to be closer together (maybe to close) with other plants. I’ve had some clones needing to be run to check if they are worth keeping. So I opted to put 2 extra plants in there this run. If I’m going to thin the herd I’ve got run em first :hump:

Yeah it’s a lot of work to keep and make sure it’s not continuing. I have asthma so for me I try to stay away from it. I’ve had to toss while crops that were weeks from cut. Just didn’t want to chance it. But I totally agree if you keep
Diligent you can stop it
