i usually start feeding about day 11 from seed/250 ppm or so. a lot of folks wait till they have 3 alternating internodes. in soil, i feed once weekly.
Don't start feeding for at least a few weeks. When your plant grows the 4th node or about 6-8" tall then it shouldn't be a problem to start. Make sure you start very low and slow to make sure your plant is ready and can handle it.
overwatered... potentially slightly light stressed???? have you changed the light cycle recently... that can cause tip twisting. let them dry out though... every photo the medium looks soaked
they look like they're under fed, and you have a ph problem. i'd have those at about 3-400 ppm, and the ph for coco is 5.8. when was the last time you calibrated your ph meter?

i recently flushed the medium because the run off was coming out a 700ppm which is way to high and they looked the same then so i know its not under feed...... i was thinking totally the oppasite
