im from oregon and i want to apply for a card when i get out of the sevice, and i have cronic back pain, does anyone know if that qualifys? cause i would like to grow my herb legally and not have to worry

yes, it qualifies. I have chronic lower back pain and I moved from Texas to Oregon just to get my medical license.
