Hi guys!

So, Im about 2 weeks into flowering of a serious seeds White Russian. Growing it outdoors in Coco Coir. Using a bloom feed (Not Canna but works well) I picked up a Boost & PK 13-14. Im wondering what is the best way to use it on the WR. I was told at the store to use PK all the way through flowering at a low dose and give a hit of Cannaboost towards the end of its cycle when the flower has reach max height as this will thicken it up. (Im not sure he knew what i was growing but im sure he had an idea lol) However I have heard on these forums that its the other way round (Boost all through and PK at the end).

Can anyone elaborate on this?

Cheers!

Boost is a metabolic "booster". It frees your plants to uptake the maximum nutrients possible without burning or hurting them (lehmans terms)

I am in a soilless mix using the biocanna line. I start using boost at the first site of flowers. (usually after stretch, on average 3 weeks into flower) and use basically till flush. The pk 13/14 I have never used so I can't touch base on that. Fortunately I have a buddy who uses canna coco with all the supplements. He tells me he starts pk 13/14 at week 3 and stops at the peak of flower (5-6). His name is azcannaman so if you see him on the forums ask him and he can elaborate more.

PK13/14 is supposed to be used 3 weeks from flower for one week only. An boost as guy above says from when u start seeing the first buds till u flush.

PK adds weight to the buds also when u use it which is normally the 5th week of flowering make sure your Humidity temps are down as this when the bud rot kicks in!

ok cool thanks guys! i was considering using 13-14 and boost at low amounts (pk 1m/Ltr & boost 2ml/ltr) throughout the whole flowering stage. what is the difference on using pk in low amounts throughout as opposed to a full one time hit on the 5th week?

try it both ways see what suits you best.

PK adds weight to the buds that why canna say use 3 weeks from end of flowering for one week only.
