where do you guys find local high quality compost?
Wherever you decide to source your compost today, you should also commit today to making your own. That way next year or the year after, you will have your own. I started 4 years ago, and only started growing organically a year ago, so had a windfall of compost. First of its fun, second its the best for your garden and plants, and its the right thing to do with your kitchen waste, and its cheaper than buying, and using your own compost from your own waste to grow amazing smoke is just so much rewarding.

Couldn't agree more. You don't need to necessarily buy something, but there are rapid composters you can pick up that make this even easier.
They break things down fast and then you've got free compost on demand any time.

Yes those compost spinners are good, the best though (not to go down a rabbit hole here) is getting a $10 27G tote (those black ones with yellow lid are best), going on kijiji and getting a couple hundred worms for $20, and then simply have a worm bin that can be inside in the winter as well. There is no smell, you can selectively throw in what you have or think is best, a week or two later its all gone, and I harvest a couple gallons of worm casting/compost every month as I mix more soil.

Apparently if you collect a pound of Druggie Ford 's breath you can distill it down to a nice compost.

https://www.kijiji.ca/ is a great place to find stuff. Just do a search for "Grow" or "Hydroponics"

Ebay is also a great place to find a tent. I often get 10-20% off emails for items over 50 usd. Lot's of tents shipped from with in Canada with free shipping.

If I missed anyone please post a link and I'll add it

I find their prices to be very reasonable. Not the biggest selection but I have received all of my orders damage and problem free.

Cheers :)
Sounds great. We may have to remove a store depending how things turn out for me. I placed an order 3 days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. And it's in the same damn province. Im just getting a bad vibe. Hope im wrong, Ill call today.

That's no good.

I have already removed a store. I ordered 100 feet of irrigation tubing that admittedly was priced wrong on their web site. They corrected the price the next day after I ordered.
Instead of contacting me. They just let my order sit for 3 weeks then they canceled my order. Not one email.
Cheers

I need help I am a first-time grower for the second year I am not too sure when my plants are are ready to be picked can someone please help me with this I would like to post a picture of them but I don't know how to
The answer to that is personal preference and strain dependent. That being said there are basic guidelines people follow. Lots of info on this website, in the appropriate section, to help you learn.
Based on that picture my opinion is you are halfway to done at best.
Roll a doobie and get to reading is my advice.
Cheers :)

Would it hurt to plant if I cut a branch off and and dry it out and try it that way because they have a strong odor to them

Sure you can, i doubt it's very strong though theyre quite premature. The smell is just part of it, it'll only get worse as it ripens. What strain is it?
