I would like to add this. I have been a pretty faithful client of the true north seed bank. They used to have way more freebies and i bitched and got my freebies. The last order really bent me the wrong way though. I ordered a canuck puck because it was on sale and a week later nothing in the mail. They are almost always next day or 2. I emailed them every day for a week with no response and finally called them and said what the fuck. Well sir the canuck puck is out of stock so we mailed you your malawai/panama F1 and the bangi haze and white widow freebie (which was an AK47 auto and not whit widow). I said why did you not tell me.

They happened to mail me the malawi and banghi the day i called too so it was a squeaky wheel getting the grease situation more than their wondrous customer service.

I ordered 7 critical mass and an auto amnesia to equal the total but I can honestly say I will never get seeds from them again.

Loyalty means nothing to them and the freebies suck. These links point me in a better direction.

Someone had a place for cheap filters for RO, need a new filter for stealth logic 300gpd...I’ve never even changed it so not sure which side I need carbon or sediment

Do you need new filters and a new membrane?i change my sediment filter every couple of weeks and the membrane yearly,or whenever the ppm starts to rise.

Says to rinse the sediment or 1250gallons, I bought a carbon/sediment pack so we will see if it fixes. I’m at 0.1 and I’m getting bad calmag lock out...I can only operate at 0.0 for some odd

Why do you change your pre filters every few weeks?

When you notice your pressure drops i.e. from 60 to 40 psi that is indicating your pre filters are clogged.
When you notice TDS rise look at RO membrane and DI to see which is spent. Usually DI will go first if you use it.

I change my pre filters every 6 months and that keeps my system running smooth. My RO membrane is over 4 years old and still producing 0 TDS water.

I change them because they turn brown then black my municipal water is dirty and very hard 850ppm...and I need about 120liter daily.

Wow that's crazy. My well water is bad but not that crazy.
