Yet another bit of bullshit conservative senators think is worth denying effective democracy to the people. Denying cannabis companies the same freedoms enjoyed by alcohol and tobacco is over-reaching and violates constitutional freedoms.

they'll pull this shit till one of the big companies that paid a lot of money to get into the weed business wants to start advertising....government and big business seem to have this relationship where big business can have what it wants, as long as they pay for it

Why would they pay for something every other business can do for free? Much easier to launch a charter challenge and have taxpayers pick up the tab.

I would think they could in the case they are being discriminated against for trying to sell t-shirts,,,,or posters..etc
I was in foodland tonight and they were selling posters in a box by the door and sure enough the
poster in the front of the rack was a big cannabis leaf and some funny saying about being high......so the senates worries
were for naught...since this type of product already existed and has since the 1970's....,
