Canadian Outdoor Nutrients Best Choice!?

Hey guys i'm really stuck between two brands of nutrients one is MAXSEA i would use the 20-20-20 all purpose for veg and the 3-20-20 for bloom or there is another company called Plant Prod which is apparently a jacks classic sister company or something of the sort and i am unable to get jacks in Canada in the 20lbs+ bags so i have moved too thees two options if i went with plant prod i would use there 20-20-20 all purpose mix for veg and would mix there 10-52-10 plant starter with 15-15-30 high k mix for a (1.25 - 3.5 - 2) going for 1-3-2 mix Any suggestions or passed experiences with either brand would be awesome thank you in advance!!
