yes.. you may be able to make a print from a cap and then make a syringe from that. not sure of the whole process, but its possible, go back to shroomery and read up on making prints and syringes. like here, when you ask a question on a forum your likely to get 20 douches who haven't a clue on what theyre talking about, and a small handful who do. Your gonna have to read and do some diggin on your own to find answers

Also look at liquid culture, and the culture storage sect. your likely to get contams, considering you got your spores from mushrooms you bought(and god only know where they've been before they got to you) so therefore you'd need to isolate the good clean mycelium, before using it to colonize. Maybe canndo can chime in here, he's more knowledgeable in that area

Just buy spores, it's easy and cheap. Could you do it? Possibly but since you are asking, no, you won't be able to as you lack the technical knowhow and equipment
