Can you use Actinovate and Hydro Guard together?

I was wondering if when growing and coming upon the problem with stem rot, can you use Actinovate and Hydro Guard together to fight the problem? I only ask because when I read the back of the label, they each seem to fight a different bacteria each. The Actinovate was used with a spray bottle and the Hydro Guard I poured the amount into my aeroponic system tank. Also, if one is better than the other, which one might it be?
