Its looks like a weed/herb plant. Not cannabis lol, sorry i forgot the name but I've got simular ones in my back yard that flower yearly

100% positive. the flowers are a dead give away. pluck them off to bush it up. otherwise the flowers will become seed pods and the leaves will die back.

Basil has square stems...easy to ID...Idk what it is...I'm stumped but it looks like basil...the fragrance is unmistakable.

Although, it may go better on pizza and definitely won't get you high. Have you really never seen basil?

Thats some skunk/kush/dro/chronic/kind plant! Very rare to see.. you should grow it out and harvest it.

If you want it, it's an herb. If you don't, it's a weed. Either way, it's basil.
