Anyone know what the Rules or such regarding chatting on Site to another Member and Gifting Seeds

No Cash exchange, just Goodwill

I don't know that their are or aren't rules on that however most users are way too paranoid to rationalize it being worth the risk for some beans..I know some of these guys have met up at cup events and such though..
