Noobie question....can I switch my CFL lights to LED during flowering stage? Will there be any type of risk to the plants?

Sure can. I've never used LED but with HID you just have to ease them in to the stronger light.

thanks bud for the replie....I'm in the 3rd week of flowering and just ordered in the LED light....this is my first grow and I'm learning allot since germination.....will do a lot better on next grow thanks again

All depends what your going from and to. If your going from CFL to the LED and led is wayyyyyyy more watts ease them in over a couple day period with my hps I normally do 2 days 600 2 days 750 then 1000 till end of flower. All depends what you were originally flowering with tho
Edit I'm way to stoned didn't see from CFL I'd just do like a couple days maybe 4 till full blast from led how many watts for led? How many CFL watts?

If it helps at all, I switched my plants in veg from 400w hps to an led that is 1000w and my girls in flower (a range on 2 to 6 weeks along) from 1000w hps to 1600w in leds. I was having a problem with too much heat so I did a straight switch and they responded pretty good, however if I we're to do it again I would do like Afgan King said and ease them into it over the course of a few days.
