Can You Sell To A Co-Op in CA?

yes you can but you arent "selling" technically. Its a co-op. so they can provide "donations" for your donation of weed. When you go to the co-ops you arent "buying" weed, you are giving "donations" to a collective in exchange for weed. Its all semantics, but in short, yes thats how they work.

the co-ops are all throughout ca. there are alot in the bay area. you just go into one and ask someone who works their if you can vend. tell them your a vendor and they will give you the information.

Ok so what do I need to do to establish legal caregiver status. I'll assume all my "co-med-friends" need to give me a copy of their MMJ script so I can keep It posted on my groom door. Do I need to get any special permits?
