I heard army drug test and you cant join with marijuana in your system, but if you are a legal patient would that qualify you?
Can you join the army? If u are legal to smoke?

No the military will note that you are using medical marijuana and not allow you to join untill you are clean. If you have serious issues that require marijuana you will be either disqualified for medical reasons or, they will prescribe you pharmacetucals for you symptoms.

did 8 years in the navy... and hell no you cant smoke pot. cigarettes yes, get retarted drunk and cause a rukus... yes.. get caught smoking pot thats an OTH (other than honarable) but if they like you u will get an Admin Seperation. doesnt make sense. Once u get in you wont pop on a piss test if u take a couple of bong rips a year lol.

Now, on a serious note, if you have to smoke pot as pain relief or what not, the army probably wont recruit you simply because you have some kind of underlying physical debilatation. If that is the case, and you are not considered to be physically able then they probably wont want you.
I know that asthmatics and diabetics can't join......then again I don't know why you smoke weed medically so, it kinda comes down to that I guess.

I have too many stoned stories to start telling them here.
