I seen these today after I watered I noticed them on the side of a few pots they weren’t on any plants or leafs but on the inSide of the pot. I’m not sure what they are or if they’ll have a negative effect on my plants.
Can you identify?

Shape is similar to athropods aka springtails or a variation based on your location etc.
