I'm not sure if the inner two new set's of leaves are recognizable as a particular strain or if its some kinda melfunction?

So there's nothing wong with the middle two leaves?
It's just that the other two seedlings came in long and leaf like where as this one has weird looking middle leaves

because that set of leaves will have 3 fingers if you look closely...Its a completely normal seedling. As for identifying strains, there is no way to do that by the plant, some particular strains will have some distinct characteristics, but you won't be able to guess bag seed.
