Can you Help figure this out?

So far my grow has been coming along better than i could have hoped for, but for some reason, all sorts of odd things are happening to the leafs. I cant seem to figure out what specifically is wrong?

Any advise would be much appreciated. Here's the Setup

Light: 400 watt HPS
Light schedule: 19.5 hrs
Nutrients: Flora Nova Grow (1 tsp/Gallon)
PPM reading: 1550
PH: little under 5 (just added some PH up, aiming for 5.5)
Humidity: No reading (humidifier in room set to Med-high 15hrs/day)
Fan: 24 hrs. oscillating
Age: 28 days old
Temp: Low: 71 High: 84
Box dimensions: 4x4x8

Also another little piece to the puzzle, I cannot identify a sex yet. I thought surely I"d be able to, considering the size, but nothing discernable as of yet.

Also about a week ago I thought there was a magnesium def. so I added 2teaspoons per gallon of epsom salts along with a epsom salt foliar spray of a 350ppm consistency 30 mins after the light had shut off.

The leaves seem to be yellowing on outside with rust/dead spots developing near the boarder. Also the roots seem to be a little off color (recent development). My reservoir is not keeping quite all the light out that i believe it should.

Any advise is much appreciated. Thanks

1550 ppm wow thats high.

you should never get to 1600 and only should you go over 1300 when you are at the end of flowering!

she will start showing her sex when you switch to flowering

photoperiod of 12/12

by the way she looks nice!

your ph should be set at a steady 5.8

How close is the light to the plant, and have you tried backing down on the nutrients a bit to see if that helps. Also you wont see sex until you induce it to 12 hours light 12 hours dark, unless you have an automatic...
