Can you feed peat like coco?

I have some one month old clones that were put in some used peat per light compost mix. I added some compost before I planted about 15%. There starting to look hungry. My plan is to just take clones from these so they need to green up first. I assume all the food is gone so I thought I could treat them like coco. Feed to runoff every 2 days maybe. Ph maybe a little higher like say 6.3 ish.
what say you? Never grow in peat mix. Kicking myself for not just using coco Thanks

So I started feeding every two days to runoff,EC@ 1 pH 6.4 ish. The plants look so much better,green throughout and growing steadily.
So yes,Thanks to some research on this forum and overcome the fear of over watering it works well.

I feed in my peat mix every other day never had a problem with peat hear see for yourself this clone is 4 weeks old her mother is in my flower room now...47623DB7-8A8A-46D3-998D-613B8BAAAA36.jpeg
