Can you clone during re-veg?

Of course as with any grow, some ladies turn into beasts during flowering. I have tried to get clones multiple times from two starting week 3.5 through week 7 now with no luck. It has not seemed to stunt the plant much, but if its not going to work I would rather not keep doing it. Has any one had any luck pulling clones during re-veg? Im running out of time. Probably 3 wks left.

yeah i did it ,its not easy as the plant is stunted cause its going back to veg and your cutting shit off it left right and center,so your cutting are stunted from the get go and you spend a lot of time getting them to root
i got 3 out of 8 to root

If you are pulling clones off of flowering plants the skill level goes up a bit sure but it isn't exactly hard. If you do it perfectly just more time is involved.

You can keep a cutting healthy for weeks with misting and foliar feeding when it has no roots. So long as the cutting is healthy it will eventually put down roots even if you don't use hormone.

I would recommend using a combo of a liquid rooting hormone (I use dip n gro) and a gel. You should be aiming for growth tips that are as low on the plant as possible.

Make sure to remove almost ALL leaf from the clone. It doesn't need to be photosynthing really and what it does need the chloroplasts in the stem and top most leaves will more then produce enough.

Also I leave my cuttings in liquid hormone solution for up to 20 minutes sometimes.

Liquid rooting hormone has to be the best way to get the hormones to the vascular cambium as the xylem will bring it nearly directly.
