Can you buy a hunting license when you have a medical card?

Obviously will not have any guns where meds are.

When you buy a hunting license do they look up if you have a card?

i do know i have been smoking joints while deer hunting for a good number of years. i notice the deer will come a sniffin quite often at the scent of a good skunk doobie

though. that there is a rule in the book (hunting rule book, of course), describing hunting while intoxicated. im not lookin for it though. the states site is a fuckup and im not dealin with it today.

They are not supposed to be able to check. It is not part of the preceedure or allowed.
So the answer to your question is no they do not look and it does not affect your ability to
buy a hunting license.

That is of course if they dont get a bug up there ass. Lets not give them any ideas.

Medical Privacy ensures your medical needs are private information...

The fact you have a State Authorized MMJ Card can not have any effect on your rights. If anyone brings to light the fact you Do have a Card, your Medical Privacy has been violated, and impo, anyone that finds themselves in this scenario needs to get a lawyer and file criminal charges and sue for damages.
