Can u buy seeds in colorado springs?

yea I have called all the shops that advertise having seeds a couple of weeks ago but nobody was selling them anymore. it will probably be a while before they get the memo
 
Hey there fellow growers,
I am a tester/ breeder with 303 seeds and just got enough time to start a profile and actually keep up with it:lol:. Anyway we have been trying to get into the springs for a couple months now but we are making progress and hopefully within the month we will be available down by you guys. What shops are you going to? and we will try to get them to carry us, help us out and drop our name 303 seeds! With the new signed letter things should speed up.

great news greenpeak. I don't really go to any dispensary, only times I go is to check out clone collection or for the seed hunt. keep us updated on the progress
 
I'm interested in 303 also. My messages to them at their website went unanswered. Let me know when and where and I'll buy some, just not driving to Denver for them or paying Attitude $75 for a pack.

My main man found time for us net geeks! GP has been doing a lot of the behind the scenes work for us, glad to see you on board bro!

The approval letter by the MMED has had several interpretations, the widest spread and most incorrect being that MMC's are only allowed to sell seeds in their center that they produce themselves.
They are somehow missing the line that says it is allowable to sell to "patients and other licensees". Spread the word to your centers that it is ok to distribute seeds that are OPC/MMC produced by any of their fellow MMC's, and refer them to the letter I posted here that BadAndy has linked to above if they need clarification.

I wondered about that BP. Since MMCs are restricted by the 70/30 rule for their flowers, I could see some interpreting the rule to also apply to seeds. Have your lawyers said the 70/30 rule does not apply to seeds? If it does apply, does seed weight get combined with flower weight to make up the 70/30 calculation?

"Clarifications" always seem to create more confusion in this industry ...
 
if they do, from what I have heard and read, selling them is illegal since they were not made in Colorado
 
I have a "friend" who used to work there, he said the owner was shady as fuck, and reckless to boot. Hear a story of being told to sell a "p" to someone wo a red card. Needless to say he told the owner to eat shit and quit on the spot. I'd steer clear of maggies farm.

The 70/30 rule certainly applies to seeds, and it will get added in with flower weight. But seeing as 1000 seeds weigh less than an ounce, we're not concerned about the weight at this point.

Yes I spoke with them yesterday actually and the manager there told me they sell medication by TGA but have never put Gear on the shelf. I than told her that it says on TGA's site they are selling seeds...she was purplexed as to why but said due to her understanding of the legalities they were not selling any seeds at this time. She would however keep 303 in mind if they got notification from their legal team that it was ok to sell seeds.

I spoke with several other shops down there yesterday and most had the same problem of not understanding the letter that just went out. They thought they could not carry seeds so I told them I would send our information down, and let them discuss it more with their legal staff. They are really interested but are just a little apprehensive due to legal matters.

That's good that it gets mixed with flower weight. It would really suck if they tried to carve out seeds separately so all MMCs had to produce 70% of the seeds they sold. Talk about a genetic disaster waiting to happen... Shocking as it seems logic really has prevailed. :-)
