Okay I have a 6 ft plant with a 400w hps above it and 4 25wcfls around it. I also hve another grow(2 plants) in another room that has been veg in for about 2 weeks and its under a 4- 4foot flourecents. okay so I'm thinking my my 6 foot plant isnt getting enough sun so do you think I could move my 4-4ft flore into my 6ft plant grow room and use 4 20w cfls to veg my 2 other plants? let me know what you think. if you want to look at my 6 ft plant then go to link below.

Okay cool your one of the same guys tht have seen my 6ft ugly first grow plant so ill go with what you said. I plan to get more cfls soon but bigger w

If I were you, I'd put the cfl's from your 6 ft into the other room and get 2 65W cfls and set them on either side at about the 2 foot mark. Just my 2 1/2 cents. Preferably with a reflector. 25W cfl's don't put out that much as far as lumens go.
 
No I'm from US. I just read on my sun light system that i just took from little plants and put on big plant says its 216w so I guess its better with these lights then those CFLs now I only have to watch temp and I'm taking pictures right now for everyone to see. be up in about 10 mins

Okay this is the new set up does it look okay? I didnt take good pictures of the plants but I did the set up so let me know.
 
Well I have another problem too maybe you could help me with. My 6 ft plant as you probably already know my 6 ft plant was in a really small pot till about 3 daysago when i transplanted it. Its been in 12/12 for a month now and its not budding at all it just has alot of white hairs.. It's been longer then a month now that i think about it. Do you think it was becuse of the small pot and now its just rooting it's self again or do you think im doing something wrong? these are the living conditions. I have the 400w hps light 4 inchs above top. I had 4 20w cfls and now have a sun system 216w hanging. the temp is always 80-84 during lights and 69-74 during night. It gets tiger bloom every other feeding. it's in 5 gallon bucket. thats about all i think you could of wanted to know. why is my plant not budding as much? pictures on are https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/461619-can-i-transplant-my-6ft.html.
 
Oh by the way I've been smoking kush for about the last 30 mins about a gram so my post may not make sense but it's an actual problem with my plant
 
I don't think you have any cause for concern, man. Sounds like your plant was a little stressed from being possibly rootbound and it stunted its flowering a bit.

Just keep it in the bucket its in and keep going 12/12. She will flower.
 
yeh she might just be behind because of the pot issues, after 2 weeks my rhinos are showing whits hairs like yours so she might be only about 2 weeks into flower, if your lights are on 12/12 she will flower so dont worry and all should be fine.
