This would be a Colo legal MIPS setup. Finally getting close to getting this ready.

The county has pretty easy fire codes but obviously, any workers must be protected 100%. I talked with some people who suggested a paint spray booth type setup with a super exhaust like 3400 CFM when in use. Probably a rig with fire extinquisher too.

Looks like this beauty was designed by one of our own here. RIU has some really awesome people here.

Looking to do terp juice golden clear. Also maybe need something bigger because we eventually will do work for other growers in the area.

Thanks for any help.

Any LPG extraction unit should be run outdoors with adequate ventilation, or in an engineered extraction booth designed for the purpose. Shit happens, so sometimes they leak or the operator releases gas in error.

100 to 200 surface feet is the capture velocity offered by Industrial Ventilation, so 100 X booth Width X booth Height = required CFM exhaust rate.

You can run at a lower rate, until a Hydrocarbon Sniffer says that you are above 10% of Lower Explosive Limits, and then turn on more fans or spool up the primary one.

The WolfWurx Mk IVC used a booth 7' wide and 8' tall, so required 5700 CFM in alarm state.

The design of the Precision extraction one looks right. The exhaust is at the bottom and the make up is in the ceiling.

Yeah, Terpp Extractors are good people. One of the important things to consider when pricing equipment, is how much support you might need from them and what support each vendor provides.
