Can this be repaired?

Got this here cool ass dabber from an out if state artisan. Just tried pullling a fat dab of hard shatter & broke off the tip. Can this be repaired & if so can any glass blower repair this it should I send it back to the guy who made it?

It might be best to contact the blower who made it as he will likely give you the best deal on repair, if not free.

True that...just that the guy took weeks to send it to me. I imagine dude will take forever to fix it too. Dam you hard ass shatter!
