can someone tell me what this is

what is this?????????? im seeing these white round spots. at first i was seeing these clear glossy spots so i sprayed plants with spinosad and now seeing these white spots where the glossy spots were and where i never noticed any glossy spots

Did you drip on the plant when watering it?

Looks very much like PM, dont often see it on plants that small though.

They look like leaves.

i really hope its not powdery mildew! have any of yall had powdery mildew before? if so whats a good way to get rid of the stuff?

not at all im really careful about that actually. i am spraying them with a spinosad solution though?

It's drops of your spray. Get a microfiber cloth, damp it and wipe them off.
