Can someone tell me what is going on with these plants?

These are 3 bag seed plants in their 9th week of veg. They are definitely indika dominant and have been growing very slowly since becoming nitrogen toxic 2 weeks ago. I flushed them and have only been watering since. I had to transplant them when I saw some fungus on the outside of the cloth bags, that was 9 days ago. They seem wilted all the time and are growing very slowly. Please help because I am worried this crop is ruined. Attached are some pictures. Thank you in advance....

Do you have an exhaust fan

Looks like transplant stress to me, and maybe a lack of nutrient depending on what soil you transplanted into. But primarily transplant stress honestly.

But, this fungus on the pots...and nitrogen toxicity...could the fungus have just been salt deposits? I know my grow bags always ended up with salt deposits, looks kinda like a white fungus. And if you were overfeeding, salt buildup makes sense. Just wondering.

It was white and fuzzy all on the outside of the pots. I tried to put five, 5 gallon pots in a 2.5 X 2.5 grow tent after flushing thinking the ventilation I have set up would help them dry. about 10 days later the bags were covered in white, fuzzy stuff, and it was on the dirt too.... I freaking panicked and immediately transplanted these three which looked the best.
