Try grabbing the nanner with a wet piece of paper towel. You can also lightly spray it with water to make sure as little pollen flies around as possible when plucking, just don't saturate your bud with water. I would also highly recommend dragging the plant out of the room or at the very least turning off all your fans until you are done nanner picking. I had a Grapefruit Krush last Summer (free seed with order) and with every one I flowered, 3 1/2 weeks in (when it was looking better than any other girl in my room) it would herm out like clockwork.

If theres an extra hand around have them use a vacuume and suck an inch or so away while u carefully snip them off. That way any sacs burst the pollen gets sucked right up.

Hermies are a drag, but can be no big deal. All depends on the grower. I've told people, if you get seeds in your bud today, most likely it's from a Herm'd plant. I had plants Herm on me last year and I just picked the male pods off. If I found Nanners in the bud, I plucked them out with tweezers. Out of my 4 plants, I probably got about 20-30 seeds out of 8 ounces, and I just pulled them out before smoking the finished product. The MMJ was beyond good and VERY potent, so don't get discouraged about how they'll turn out; just treat them the same as if they had not Herm'd. If you don't get all of the Nanners and some pop on you, you'll get some seeds and they will ALL be feminine in case you want to plant them later on. I feel that bigger gardens are a lot more difficult when it comes to Hermaphrodites, but if you have a small closet grow, pinching the little bastards off doesn't take that much time, and, they don't grow back.
