Can someone please diagnose this plant's problem?

The leaves have suddenly started to turn yellow on this seedling....Why?

it is an auto. I overwatered it and have been letting it dry out for several days because it is in a large pot. it is Hyponex and vermiculite mix. I have FF nutrients but have not fed it anything so far. Would u suggest I feed it a small dose?

Does it stil have green cotyledons? While it does show some type of water damage,it also looks like the soil is very compacted and dense like, which is no good for cannabis and reeeeaallly not good for seedlings. Have you checked the pH buffering yet?
 
bark in soil tends to suggest it is acidic.

overall they llok fine and light color is new growth. do not feed for at least a few more weeks. water 6.0-6.3ish
 
the soil runoff is about 6.8. I wanted to bring it down a little but was scared to put anymore water on it, at this point.Is there something I could do to help with the compactness of the soil or is it too late now? Also, the cotyledons are starting to yellow too.
