Can someone identify what is wrong with my plant?

She's nearly a month into flower and the leaves started looking all weird 2 or 3 days ago. I've heard of thrips but I'm not sure if thats the problem or if its some sort of nutrient deficiency. I don't appear to have any bugs.

magnesium deficiency is my best guess with no information provided. Add Epsom salts.

From the pic shown it could be anything, would not worry yet, if it gets worse or spreads to other leaves post more pics. Always good to see pic of whole plant and close up of actual issue.
