Its been a long long time since I used rockool.
But did you soak the cubes in ph5.5 water for 24 hours first?

You should not be feeding a seedling 5 days old with anything. It has its own built in food. Once the cotyledons start to fade then you can introduce nutrients.

yeah first time using it and its kind of a hassle and i pre-soaked at right ph but only for like 2 hours I've pre-soaked in ph 5.6 again today i have picture and i read that you have to use light nutrients from after cotyledons and I'm like day 7

what do you reckon i should do from here ?
Since they are already piss wet through you may as well flush a fuckton of ph'd water through them to try and balance the cubes.

What you should do from the start is wet the cubes and then shake all the excess water out of them so they are just moist and then put your smaller cubes with seedling in them. Then you leave them alone because you don't want a piss wet through rockwool cube rotting your seedling which has almost not roots.

You could once balanced squeeze the excess water out.

Hopefully someone else will comment because rockwool is not my bag. I hate the stuff!

I start seedlings & clones in 1inch rockwool.. I stay in 1inch cubes until the roots are busting out the cube, then I place into larger cubes (4inch in my case)

As mentioned above, when you soak your cubes, be sure to shake out excess water..I like to grab the cube with both of my hands, and pretend like you're going to spike it into the floor a couple of times. Try not to crush or deform the cube

Are your cubes staying wet for long periods of time? Could this be causing your PH to fluctuate?
You don't want your cubes staying fully soaked for long periods of time without drying out.. This will invite all sorts of problems including slow growth, algae/green shit, & pests!

I feel like that 6x6 cube is way to big for that small seedling.. Were there any roots showing on the 1inch cube before you placed it into the larger cube? I wonder if the roots have penetrated the larger cube yet? I would think about removing the smaller cube (If the roots haven't moved into the larger cube), and allowing it to establish itself a little more before moving up to the larger cube

yes i always drain by lightly shaking up and down but my ph is still high after every water I'm watering like very 3 days atm giving time to dry out and there was root already coming out smaller rock wool so i put into bigger one
