Can someone help me identify this problem?

Hey guys pretty new to all this was just wondering on everybody's opinion/solution to my plants problems.

I am growing two Boss Hog seedlings and one Laughing buddah under fluorescent lights. About a week and a half ago I gave my plants (roughly 3.5 week old) their first dose of nutrients, (which might have been to early) which was a solution of worm juice and water diluted 10-1. A few days after watering them with nutrients I noticed the lower leaves are starting to go alittle yellow towards the tips and bending downwards and feel dry and crispy to touch, is this a sign of nute burn? Pictures attached bellow. They are growing in Osmocote seedling mix.

Thanks for the response BublonichroniC, yes they are in soil this is the seedling mix that I used : http://www.scottsaustralia.com.au/o...mocote-professional-seed-raising-cutting-mix/ At first I was lightly watering them everyday but the leaves looked heavy and sagged and i thought they might be overwatered so i reduced it to every second or third day, basically when the soil is dry if i stick my finger in up to my first knuckle. I just want to get them looking nice and healthy because there going outside soon.
 
looks like some minor nute burn, probably gave them a lil too much, they should be fine. when they are small you should always start with half the amount of nutes and work up. some strains respond differently as well. you might have sensitive plants. less is more early on.

Hi there! worm castings, etc should never burn a plant for any reason unless it is super concentrated. What type of worm "juice" are you using?
My first impression is a Cal-Mag deficiency. A small pinch of Epsom salts in a gallon of warm water is perfect for applying to leaves in a mister
and a small amount of watering with the same mixture. You will want to spray the "undersides" of the leaves. Will check in on ya tomorrow,

Its just the water that comes from the worm farm like pass's through the farm and comes out the bottom through a tap, quite dark almost black and I diluted it 1-10 worm juice with water, I'll try the epsom salts now, how long should it take for an affect? Another note, the seedling mix im using says slow release nutrients could that be affecting it? Thanks...
