Can Someone explain Floweing/Veg Stages??

I know theyre phases but what Do I have to do once the get in these stages and how do I know if its veggin or flowering????

its by the time of light it gets 16-8 veg 12-12 flow

My clone room is lit 24/7.
Once your plants are about 2 feet tall either move them to a flowering room and change thier nutes to a flowering solutin, and change the lites to 12 on 12 off.

If you need to use the same room, make sure your lits are HPS. I use MH in the clone room, but you need HPS to flower effectively.
