Can some one tell me if this is sativa or indica?

I found this plant near my house under a bridge, next to a railroad track and was wondering which it was.

funky fuckin leafs dude, you sure its marijuana?

im pretty sure its not, but its the closest looking "is this a marijuana plant" thread ive seen

i don't think thats marijuana. it sort of looks like a wild plant that grows up here in vermont, though i don't know the name.

just look how its growin, a bunch of leaves growing out of the same spot in the ground, definately grows nothing like real herb:joint:

It looks to be the same kind of plant as the one in the far left corner. If it is MJ, I'd say it's leaves are thin enough to be sativa.

Looks like a Cinquefoil in poor health to me:

Anyone else find the scientific name, "Potentilla Hippiana" to be humorous for a plant that resembles marijuana?
