Can N E one tell me what's wrong? (pics posted)

The plants are in their 6th week of flowering. They are growing in fox farms soil, using earth juice grow and bloom, fox form big bloom. The plants are not a special strain, just a seed from a bag of "popcorn".

the plant had more leaves on it that were brown, but i took them off of the plant before taking the pics. they are under two 105w cfls and four 23w cfls.

Is it on the leaves only or does it affect the buds as well?

The same thing is happening to my plants right after I switched over to flowering nutes....If I find a solution I'll make sure to tell you...

it is on the leaves mainly, but its goin to the buds slowly.
