First time ever topping and LST'ing my plants but one kinds bled red not clear sap...is there a problem?

Check your hands for cuts.

I've had plants bleed purple and black; so I wouldn't be surprised by red.
If your plants are 'bleeding' from LST you are bending too much at one time.

The sap coming out of stem is indication of broken cells.

Here is one done without breaking stems that took about two days to bend 90*:

Those are mini-bungee cords I used there.
I also use S-hooks and sometimes even chain as weights; generally I hang chain on little bungee cords.

You don't have to break most of the time - bend but don't break is the golden rule for LST imo.

Thanks, just was worried because I topped my other plants, I started to lst them last night, tonight ima take it a step further since they didnt shock. I'm watching "Juicy" lol what I call her. But i'm a noob, this year is my first grow, and I took whatever seeds from a bag i bought, turns out there all Indica.....I call it my Coma Garden.
