15 days old, under 2 cfls, 1 fluorescent tube.
planted in potting soil mixed with blood meal
started yellowing at 13 days old and now it looks like this, im pretty sure its the ph

can it be saved?

Dunno about saving it, but it may have been aggravated by the bloodmeal.
Seedlings contain their own food for a few weeks.

never give up on a plant IF you no its a girl. flush it out with ph'ed water get that right and start back with the nuts at 1/4 strenth.
