Can I Use this Setup?

So i think i may have "oopsed". I bought a MH Ballast thinking i could run the ceramic metal halide, but everything i read makes it seem like you run it with a HPS system. So is the name deceiving or can i really run it with either

You need a HPS ballast to run that lamp.

Well that sucks. Well maybe i can just resell my MH setup and buy an HPS with it.
