I'm about to make a chocolate treat, I was just wondering....Do I need a specific kind of chocolate? I know I have to heat it on a very low temperature to melt it...Will regular Hershey's milk chocolate work?
No,go get a slab of almond bark from the baking isle, use a bouble boiler on low heat, break up bark and wait for lit to start melting..stir with spoon till smooth...hershes will be clumpy and seperate the fats in the chocolate and you'll be left with a mess...
Not to be holier than thou...I'm a chef...unless u wanna be a chocolatier(sic) and in classes..look at my previous post..I hate chocolat..its taste, and the fact if u touch it ,everything eventually has chocolate on it..sux..I hate sweets in general...id rather chocke down the raw...but for ur info...and what u asked..almond bark.period.
Eat too much almond bark(chocolate and coco butter) tho..u willb get the poos...just lettin u know, don't. Lighten the dose, peeps will redose, get the bubble guts, and complain
