Can I use one controller for my veg and flower rooms?

I have built both a veg and flower room next to each other for my first grow and I want to have automatic Co2/temp/humidity controlled. I can only afford one controller and CO2 generator so my thought was that I would set the equipment up in one room and keep a fan constantly circulating the air between the two rooms. The rooms are about 1600cf and I'm thinking about using a single 480cfm fan always on to do the exchanging, the flow will be cut down some because I must have a light baffle. My temps and ppm being equal should be all right but will my humidity be ok at 60% in both the flower and veg rooms?
