Can I use HPS ?

Can I use a Hps on my plants from the moment they get out of the earth till the harvest ? I heard that it will stretch a little but what other problems can occur ? Thank you.

yes you can start from seed to finish or evean clone to finish people do it all the time...and they wont stretch if its i hid they will actualy stay short and get thick and fat and grow as you rase the light...just make sure your not to close or you will kill them...

12 inches a good distance for seedlings from a 150w HPS? I keep them moist.

yup but make sure to check them on a reg cuz the dirt will dry out fast...
