Can I use Fulvic acid with RO water in SS?

I have found out the wonders of Fulvic Acid. -"The Miracle Molecule"-

It brings the PH of my RO water down to a perfect 6.5 using 1tsp per gal. So no more GH up & down for me!!!

I use Subs SS and only use RO water from start to finish.

WILL THE FULVIC ACID HARM MY PLANTS IN ANY WAY?

Fulvic Acid will boost a plants metabolism, it is a natural chelating agent so it makes organic nutrients even more available. <-thats what sketches me out with the HOT soil.

It does much more like decrease vertical growth, and create more node sites if foiler feed around week 2-3 of 12/12.

It also puts micronutrients were the plant needs it most, creating a natural balance with in your root system and plant in general.

And lets not forget it PH's my RO water perfect.

So back to my question: WILL THE FULVIC ACID HARM MY PLANTS IN ANY WAY? NOTE- It goes in the water, then into the SS, not foiler fead.

Well with 65 views and no answer im going to take it no one knows or its a very stupid question and the answer is... NO it wont do any bad, just benefit my ladies like Fulvic Acid is known for.

I spent the last 2hrs since i asked this question untill now in my garden doing my plants 3week clean up after the switch to 12/12. They look great, going to water tonight with the Fulvic. Wish me luck!!!!

Ill post some pics 2marow if any one wants to check it out.

2 Vortex, 2 Agent Orange, 4 Strawberry Diesal, 1 Cheese, 1 Great White Shark, 2 Skunk #1, and last and most definitely least 2 Giga Bud. W/ 600hps & 400MH & 1000HPS... in that order ;)

you should consider only watering half your crop with the fulvic solution (esp if those vortex and AO are clones). then come back and post results =)

The ph of R/O basically does not matter going into super soil. Starts off at 7 and works its way down to 6-6.5 naturally. All it has is carbonic acid which is relatively weak and there is no buffer. There is the issue of calmag though. Ideally the water should provide some calmag and some of the dolomite lime in the soil would dissolve into calmag. BS Molasses and EWC provide some also.

Super soil has epsom salts in it which adds water-soluble mag which can drive up the EC and skew the balance between cal and mag. Because it is immediately soluble it is likely to leach out. I prefer to skip it and rely on the dolomite which is slow release. Acid dissolves dolomite into calmag at the ideal ratio (about 4:1). You can add calmag to R/O water to help out if needed.

You get humic and fulvic acids from fresh earth worm castings. I also add raw humates to my super soil but they take a long time to break down so that is more helpful if you recycle your super soil. Good luck!

Okay so no pics, i dont have time. I used the Fulvic on all my plants in RO water PH of 6.5 thanks to the Fulvic and my plants were fucken standing on end after an hour or two. They loved it.

SupraSPL-- check it out, SOMA says that if you water with a slightly lower PHed water your plants will absorb more nutrients. Reason being: RO water like you said has almost no buffer so give your plants a PH of 5.8 (the low side) and the RO waters PH will rise in about 8hrs even in your SS. So as your PH starts to rise it makes certain nutrients more available as some nutrients like the Micro nutrients like low PH and most of the Macro nutrients like a bit more base.

Sure that makes sense, a fluctuating ph. I would love to do a side by side sometime. Lately I have been using 150ppm well water instead of R/O but R/O might be worth the effort if there is extra yield or more frosting.
