Can I use compost tea after 18 hours of brewing?

So still new to this organic stuff ,
So I was wondering if I can use the compost tea after 18 hours , even if it still hasn’t foamed up ?

Foam means nothing.

Use it! Only downside I learned is the longer it brews the stinkier it gets, oh and it draws flys least on a hot summers day brewing in a garage.
