Can I use CFL and HPS?

Hi all just wondering -
I have recently gotten a HPS setup but it gets really hot and I dont have a good way to keep it cool so---

Can I switch between CFL lights on during day, and switch to HPS at night?

Im in the veg phase so i plan on 24 hours light.

stupid i know.....

find a fan, and leave your shit on for 16 hours a day instead of 24.

You can still go 24/0, just get better ventilation for your HPS lamp. BTW, the CFL's worh GREAT for supplying additional side/lower lighting as the canopy develops, but I don't recommend them as a primary source if you want to maximize yield.

Well, i got two fans in there and it seems to be staying at about 80. I guess its the best thing to do..
