can i use adv series metal halide 250watts with 4 24 watt t5 lights and blue leds

i have 3 seeds i planted and 1 plant that is in the veg/growth stage still small, also have 1 small fan blowing on the plant/light also an exhaust i quickly hooked up to try and cool the room down, does that sound about right with the setup?
