can i use 250w cfl for 12/12 ??

hi my mate has some white widow all are on day 30 he hsa a 250w cfl 6400k blue spec for veg and they have done great !!

he has got a 400w hps to go in the room

but we need a day or 2 to get a jigsaw to add a couple extraction fans to the doors just wondering if it will be cool to start 12/12 now for a day or two until we get the 400w hps in there ?? or should we just wait ??

i would just wait just for the fact that that is a lot of stress to the plant so i would do it all at once

yeh ok thanks man for the advise i was plannin on waiting but also we dont want em getting much taller in veg either coz there 12inch's @ the mo very very bushy with no strech look very very nice thx and + rep for u xD
