Thats the question really,i have 5 ak 47's and they have grown massive 4'+ and i think they may be getting pot bound they are a month into flowering and i wondered what would happen if i put them in bigger pots (they are in about 4 gallon pots at the moment, i was thinking of using buckets with holes drilled in the bottom)
cheers Bifter:joint:

I wouldnt, I would be interested to see if they really are once you harvest the palnt.

I wouldn't transplant while flowering, you will shock them and could harm the end results.

you could always sit the pot ontop of another, bigger pot filled with medium.. cut the bottom off the pot with the plant in it, then sit it in the other pot. takes up more vertical height, but minimum stress for a transplant during flowering...

Hey that might work, just be carfeul not to cut off the roots when cutting the bottom off if they are growing through the bottom.

+1 a lot of care will be needed and strength to wrestle a 4 foot plant and a big pot . My wife could help me , I dont know who he has.

So really best to leave well alone .I will just have to hope they are ok for the next 6 weeks or so.
Anyone else grown ak47 ? i heard they get big but this is ridiculous
