Just a wild stab in the dark, but I reckon they are about 2 - 3 weeks into flowering too.

No, don't transplant. It wont really help much. If you do transplant, check the root ball after harvest and you'll see what I'm talking about.
I'm a 1 week into flowering I want to get rid of the males and transplant the females into a bigger pot

From the sounds of it, and that's all we got to work on here, what with the lack of info n' all, you got a bunch of seeds, threw them all in the same pot and now wanna weed out the males (pardon the pun) and throw the females into bigger pots.
Anyway, yeah @Bose, I'll check it out if I can figure out how to get to it
. Mines coming along nicely but it's getting a little warm. That's my only worry but apart from that, it's all good.
