Can I transition to bud room during lights off?

Right now my veg light is on 24/7. I want to put a couple plants into the bud room. The bud light is on a 12/12 schedule. Right now the light is off. My question is, will it hurt anything to transition the plants into the bud room during lights out? If it won't hurt, then is there a difference between transitioning during lights out versus lights on?

Any help would be appreciated. I am new and cannot find an answer so far.

I only mess with my plants, feed/water/move with the lights on...
Ask yourself: will this help or hinder my plant if I do it now...
You can transfer with the lights on or off, with them off, they have no light... can you see in the dark?
So, you mess up the light schedule for one day, how bad could it be ...
Stress.... keep it low....

You can move them safely. But it probably doesn't make much difference whether the lights are on or not.

I usually only do things during lights on. I have been putting this off for a couple of days on due to "life interference", lol. I do have one of those little green colored lights though so I do not have to turn the lights on to see when I put them in there. Thanks for the info!

I think I am going to go ahead and push them in there, just so I don't mess up my cycle. Thank you!
